Production Engineering student at the Federal University of Minas Gerais currently on an exchange program at the University of Malaga (UMA) in Spain until July 2024. Currently studying subjects focused on People Management, Projects, and Indicators.I have diverse professional experience, having completed three projects at PJ Consultoria related to Layout Planning, Process Mapping, and Financial Management, all with an NPS of 10, receiving the award for outstanding performance within the company during this period. Additionally, I worked for six months in the Recruitment and Selection area of PJ, revolutionizing management within the Selection Process, earning the regional award for EJ Unconformity with Results.I was also one of the organizers of the X Production Engineering Week, an event that featured 26 lectures from renowned companies over a week and had an average of over 60 attendees. I worked in the last six months of 2023 at NEC Energia, where as an intern in the Performance, Quality, and Compliance area, I learned more about ISO9001, Strategic Planning, Management and Breakdown of indicators, and Employee Training.I believe my strengths lie in constant pursuit of personal development, discipline, the joy with which I approach everything, and my ability to learn. The areas of Consulting and Business Intelligence awaken my interest.
