Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of representing a diverse portfolio of domestic and foreign companies across various sectors, guiding them through complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.My career as a corporate lawyer has honed my ability to navigate dynamic landscapes, adapt to emerging trends, and drive impactful business transformations.In 2012, I co-founded Norms and Methods for Medical Solutions, based in Lake Mary - FL, and its Brazilian subsidiary Terus, companies dedicated to providing data and analytics technology and services to help healthcare organizations comply with regulatory requirements in the then emerging world of telemedicine. I participated in the development of the Ecos dos Gerais project, in partnership with the Health Department of the State of Minas Gerais - Brazil, being the first telemedicine project focused on point-of-care ultrasound in the country, which was presented twice at the United Nations due to its disruption.I thrive at the intersection of law, technology and entrepreneurship, constantly seeking new opportunities to drive growth, foster innovation and create lasting impact in the business world.In 2018, I embarked on a new chapter of my entrepreneurial journey in Europe, where I delved into the massive coffee market.
