The Finance & Leasing area was one of the main pillars in executing the turn-around strategy of Saphyr Shoppings. Reporting to the company's COO and responsible for twelve Finance & Leasing Managers, the Finance & Leasing Corporate Manager was responsible for driving sustainable and profitable revenues via Contract Renewals, Commercial Discounts and Collection methods. Key Responsibilities also included:Translating findings into analytical recommendations and action plans to improve cost structure efficiency, reducing discount volume (58% reduction) and increasing revenue efficiency aligned with fund partners;Develop and monitor the execution of the Annual Contract Renewal Plan; Building out tools, processes, insights and systems capabilities associated with Shared Services Center;Leading the budgeting process within the Operations Department and aligning inputs/outputs with FP&A and shareholders;Drive the company efforts and define policies and strategies to lower the delinquency rates (late payment and net late payment);

As the Finance Manager of 2 assets of REP Shoppings I was part of a team brought in to execute the turn-around of the company. Main Atribuitions were:Responsible for maintaining direct accountability and ownership for the sales and financial performance of the mall; Responsible for maximizing mall’s EBITDA through financial management and accurate forecasting and reporting;Responsible for leveraging the COO oversee the mall’s strategic marketing and financial plans; Responsible for providing knowledge of local market opportunities and issues that may impact the development and successful execution of the mall’s overall goals;
