Right after graduating in Electrical Engineering at UFES (Federal University of Espírito Santo), I opened my first company (Vision Tech Engenharia) in 2012 at the age of 24. There were several challenges and lessons learned, working in areas such as automation, electronic security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, etc.), fire alarm system. We operate in the electrical services sector, through the construction and installation of power substations, Lightning systems, grounding grid systems, among many other services of low and medium voltage electrical installations. During this period, I worked in parallel with Gran Loc Locação e Manutençao LTDA, a company in which my family is a founder and which focuses on the rental of equipment as diesel power generators. I specialized in this equipment and in addition to the rental sector, we started to invest in the sector of maintenance contracts and installation of diesel power generators. I worked together with the main brands of power generators on the market, in partnership with technical assistance, sales and installation of this equipment. In 2019, with the growth of the group in the state of Espirito Santo, we decided to expand to the North American market, in which I acquired the assets of a company in the lighting and electrical services sector, in the South Florida region. We continue with the project of consolidation and growth of the business group, through the Kauss brand that represents the union of all the companies of the group, in order to expand and consolidate ourselves as a leader in the market of services and electric energy solutions.
