- Diploma Thesis "Microstructural and Mechanical Investigation of Alumina-Based Ceramic Matrix Composites in Conventional and Two-Step Sintering".- Manufacture of minicomposites and evaluation of strength stability by different sintering routes.

- Research assistant in the development of sintered materials bonded by the process of diffusion of metallic particles. - The main activities were focused on the characterization of sintered samples, pretreatment and segmentation of images obtained by optical microscopy using the ImageJ software.

- Internship in the foundry of electric motor components. - Worked with the Quality Control team in the investigation, understanding and resolution of metallurgical defects in gray cast iron parts using the Six Sigma methodology.- Indicator control, process mapping for continuous improvement opportunities, application of WCM (World Class Manufacturing) and WMS (WEG Manufacturing System) practices in the plant.

Activities aimed at restructuring the company's Quality Management System, with the objective of making it organized and efficient for then implementation of the NBR ISO 12312:2015 standard, which determines the standards for making optical products in Brazil.

Activities focused on the processing and characterization of rare earth based magnetic alloys, through the HDDR (Hydrogenation-Desproportion-Desorption-Recombination) processing route of Nd-Fe-B alloys with a rich phase in Neodymium (Nd).
