Through research in scientific and medical databases, as well as analysis of national and international treatment guidelines, I am responsible for crafting three documents:1. Technical-Scientific Competitors Monitoring: - By delving into scientific and medical databases to gather crucial information about a clinical condition or therapeutic area chosen as the document's theme. - The informations include pathophysiology, epidemiology, major drug treatments recommended by national and international medical associations, market profile construction, revenue growth, and units sold analysis through IQVIA market audits. - Additionally, I assess the global research and development landscape for the specified clinical condition or therapeutic area and its primary trends.2. Based on the research and development landscape and key trends, I evaluate molecules to identify options with market potential in the national context: - This involves assessing clinical benefits in comparison to major competitors for both patients and key stakeholders.3. Evaluation of innovative or differentiating products or technologies with value-added for major stakeholders: - This includes products already marketed in other countries or in clinical development for inclusion in the national market. - The distinctive feature of this Product Evaluation is a SWOT analysis compared to major competitors.The target teams for these documents are: New Business, Portfolio Management, Market Intelligence, Marketing, and Innovation.
