Hello, I am a production engineer with experience in production planning and control, logistics, e-commerce, and inventory management.My career has been developed in the Supply Chain field, with experience in two large companies. I started my journey at Furukawa Electric LatAm, working in the Production Planning and Control (PPC) sector, being the main responsible for demand analysis and sending inputs to outsourced factories. In PPC, we developed an improvement project in which we applied Business Intelligence (B.I) in the sector.This implementation has become a powerful tool in the organization's supply chain, allowing for optimized analysis and accurate delivery of materials to manufacturing operations in all factories.After my time at PCP, I was invited to work in the Materials Planning and Control sector. In this department, I worked as the person in charge of the company's E-commerce, with main responsibilities including inventory management, operational controls, interfacing with production areas, sales forecasting analysis, and customer portfolio management.Currently, I am a part of Grupo Boticário, where I work as a Logistics Planner in the Inventory Management team. Our goal is to reduce inventory levels and losses, improve quality and turnover, thus ensuring excellent customer service.
