• Management of the Firmware, Hardware, Mechanics, Quality and Product Engineering Development areas, with the direct management of 25 professionals (coordinators, engineers, technicians and assistants). • Roadmap planning and sequencing for new product launches.• Responsible for the plan, definition and management of investments in R&D.• Definition and control of costs projected for new Roadmap products, and respective Payback.• Project management according to the company's strategic plan, dimensioning resources, planning, schedule, KPI control and management of multidisciplinary teams.• Responsible for managing the different teams involved in the project (Development of Firmware, Hardware, Mechanics, Quality and Product Engineering), ensuring effective communication, clear assignment of responsibilities and meeting the objectives and goals of the company and customer expectations.• Plan the project based on the objectives and goals of scope, deadline, cost and quality defined;• Prepare, disseminate and keep updated the memorial, schedule and budget of projects.

• Coordination of the areas of Product Engineering and Development of Mechanical Projects, participating in planning and strategic decisions. • Responsible for the optimization and interface between the Development and Production areas. • Team leadership with 4 professionals; • Participation in the “REP” project implementation team. • Audit the Quality Management System.• Design of a new structure, resulting in better integration between the areas of Development, Purchasing, Processes and Technical Assistance, and increasing efficiency in the transition from project to production and implementation at the factory.

• Support and training to other sectors regarding the interpretation of product requirements.• Support for product approvals and certifications.• Design the product requirements of the visual instructions, packaging and technical documentation for using the products by customers.• Implementation of new products in the production process of the production line in São Paulo.

•Expertise in Reliability Engineering, studies and applications of reliability techniques aimed at improving production control at the Manaus / Brazil plant;•Development of exploded views of products and mechanical adjustments in projects released for production;• Registration and maintenance routines on product structures in the Microsiga Protheus system;• Softwares: CAD, SolidWorks and Pro-Engineer.• Assess the causes and conduct solutions to product problems, registering in the 5W of production support;• Improve and correct product designs in production;• Support in the implementation of new products in the production process of the production line in Manaus/Brazil;

• Assemble and test prototypes of electronic or mechanical items;• Plan, execute, analyze, register, and disseminate the integrated verification tests (functional, vandalism, environmental and life) and validation (in the client's application) of products;• Approve alternative items and issue an opinion on a supply approval report;

• Registration and maintenance of product structures in the Microsiga Protheus system;• Creation of mechanical drawings for plates, cables, visual instructions, and packaging;• Creation of schemes with an exploded view of the products;• Softwares: CAD, SolidWorks

• Development of devices for testing and implementation of new methods and processes for manufacturing.
