As a Consultancy Management Intern, I had the opportunity to work on 2 highly challenging projects:The first one involved Digital Product Innovation in developing the BxC platform for COPPE/UFRJ. It was a valuable experience for me to learn more about technology project management, consulting research techniques, and CRM structuring. By the end of the project, we successfully delivered a fully functional platform to facilitate practical research funding and institutional support.The second project focused on Customer Clustering/Profiling using Data Analytics for a residential and commercial gas distribution company. This project allowed me to enhance my structured thinking and storytelling skills in presentations, and I discovered interesting insights during data analysis. It was also my first experience with Data Science and Data Engineering, from inception to the final result, enabling me to grasp various concepts and applications. Upon project completion, we delivered a comprehensive customer clustering and extremely valuable insights for the client's revenue, marketing, and commercial management areas.Additionally, I was a part of Elocampi, an internal initiative supporting integration between EloGroup and potential recruitment university initiatives (junior companies, junior consulting clubs, etc.). I implemented several practices and tool usage to optimize activities and ensure more consistent deliveries.
