I acted as a stakeholder and analyst, performing requirements analysis and developing technical and regulatory documentation of an ERP, MRP and WMS system built with C# (.NET) that was customized and implemented at DSP Biomedical, a factory of dental medical devices, implants and prostheses, with distribution units in Europe, reaching over 50k customers.I have followed the QA tests and the approval of the critical features with the key users.The project affected the shopping experience of 20 thousand dentists and clinics across Brazil and made it possible to computerize and safely monitor the entire production process of the company.
