Matheus Rocha is an Airline Pilot, Mechanical Engineer and Safety Manager, that has been working in the aviation industry since 2019 when he did an internship at Passaredo Airlines. He is able to fluently speak English and Portuguese.He has worked as an Operations Manager at SAM, an aerial application company, working with a team of five pilots and five agricultural technicians. There he was able to develop financials and leadership skills and extensive knowledge in aviation regulation, leading the company to be approved in the Brazilian Civil Aviation Regulatory Agency (ANAC) inspection in 2020. As a mechanical engineer, he supervised the company's aircraft maintenance operations. Also, he had the opportunity to take the Safety Management System course from ANAC, and assisted the present Safety Manager on his tasks.
