• Preparation of the Municipal Sanitation Plan of Fortaleza (CE), specifically the urban drainage component, addressing not only quantitative aspects but also aspects related to water quality in the urban drainage system.

• Preparation and Review of Municipal and Regional Basic Sanitation Plans: Carrying out Technical-Participatory Diagnosis of Basic Sanitation Services, covering Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Urban Cleaning, Solid Waste Management, Drainage and Urban Rainwater Management. Characterization of these services, considering their particularities in planning areas, both in urban and rural environments. Detailed description of territorial, socioeconomic and environmental aspects, as well as sectoral management, elucidating aspects of legislation (Municipal, State and Federal) related to sanitation services. Analysis of sectoral governance, addressing main actors, planning instruments, holders, providers, regulatory bodies/entities, supervision and management. Exploration of public policies related to basic sanitation, covering areas such as health, education, social housing, environment and water resources. Prognosis of Basic Sanitation Services. Definition of short, medium and long-term objectives and goals in accordance with relevant legislation. Inclusion of population projection, scenario and demands, with the selection of indicators, proposition of hypotheses and planning horizon. Analysis of financing sources, hierarchization and sizing of investments, programs, projects and actions (PPAs), emergency actions and contingencies, scheduling of the execution of the Sanitation Plan and performance indicators of the Plan. • Support in the preparation of technical-operational, socio-environmental and economic-financial feasibility studies, with a sufficient level of detail to define the type of contracting, aiming at the Implementation of a System and Provision of Sanitary Sewage Service. • Preparation of Technical-Commercial Proposals.

Working in the Planning Management, with the following activities: • Supporting projections, validations and adjustments for the population served; • Produce reports through systems relating to attendance and population rates; • Registration of demands for water supply and sewage projects; • Assist in controlling processes and documents; • Assist in organizing data for the water supply ATLAS.

Working in the Operational Support, with the following activities:• Assist and understand the execution of tasks relevant to the area of activity;• Assist in planning, execution, inspection and measurement of works;• Prepare quantity and cost spreadsheets for budgeting for works or renovations;• Participate in the development of projects;• Assist in preparing technical reports;• Examine compliance with technical or safety standards.
