Support Analyst in the Front Squad of SupCorp. Acting on fulfilling a series of duties, skills and responsibilities that range from technical support to the creation and application of processes in conjunction with standards.Responsible for acting directly as N1, N2 and occasionally N3 in calls through Jira to contact, analyze and troubleshoot a multitude of everyday problems in the technological environment used by corporate professionals, from equipment connectivity to the internet to configurations and Windows, Linux and MacOS operating system solutions.Windows Active Directory and Azure AD (Endpoint) to distribute VPN connection IPs controlled by Infoblox, in addition to configuring groups and access environments, creating service users and configuring groups according to demands.Hardware Maintenance and Configuration:- Maintenance, formatting and approval of environments in accordance with company policies, preparing environments for professionals and configuring various tools, such as IDEs and environment variables.- Active correction of nonconformities in environments under threat, ensuring compliance with security policies, versions and security requirements established for the environments.Remote access using tools such as Logmein, Anydesk and RDP.Knowledge of Tools:- Has knowledge of tools such as Domain Admin, Microsoft 365, Azure Endpoint, Exchange, Microsoft Defender, DLP and Zscaler, used to ensure the security and proper functioning of systems.Participation in Projects:- Participation in correction and continuous improvement projects for system environments. and application of technical knowledge to contribute to the optimization of internal processes.- Creation of documentation and processes, delivery of training ensuring standardization and dissemination of knowledge across internal and external teams.
