Jose is a certified Prosthetist and Orthotist by the Portuguese Association of diagnostic and therapeutic technicians and by the English Heath and Care Professional Council (HCPC).He graduated in Portugal at the Lisbon School of Health Technology (ESTeSL) and he’s currently engaged in an MSc in Clinical Biomechanics at Staffordshire University, UK.Throughout his career he worked in three different countries where he acquired a significant amount of clinical and technical skills in prosthetics and orthotics. As he speaks fluently three languages, Portuguese, Spanish and English, he was able to provide high standard communication in clinical basis.Jose has experience in draping, laminating, casting ,CadCam design and biomechanical assessment which allows him to be versitable in the clinical setting.Currently he is specialized in Lower limb Prosthetics for children, adults and sports. He also acquired a range of diplomas and continues practising specific devices such as as MPK's in which he has an extensive experience. His biggest desire is to always achieve the best outcome for the patient, to improve is quality of life thought technology and innovation.
