● Management of the vehicle's macro project, and supervision of the subprojects of the othersectors that make up the team: Brakes, Electronics, Suspension, Structural Calculation, Designand Transmission;● Definition of goals and indicators to monitor the evolution of the project according to theschedule stipulated at the beginning of the management, as well as the revision and adjustmentof the route when necessary;● Standardization and optimization of processes through the implementation and practice ofmethodologies and tools such as FMEA, PDCA, Kanban, and modular manufacturing modes, amongothers;● As a pilot, in addition to representing the team in the tests of regional and nationalcompetitions, during the development of the vehicle, also works on the collection andinterpretation of data for project validation, acquisition of new boundary conditions, and tuningof the components.Results● Greater engagement and assiduity of team members to carry out practical activities: increase of12 hours per week in the occupancy rate of the workshop;● Increase in the number of scientific productions generated by the team: from 2 to 8 articles persemester. Provoking an increase in the relevance and visibility of the group in theuniversity;● Decrease of 18% in the error variation of the project about the vehicle built, improvingthe final cost margin by 9%;
