As the Team Leader in one of Palladium's programs, Matheus was responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and managing the execution of complex projects that involved different lines of work and multiple actors of different natures, from the planning phase of each project to its submission and closing out.

As an Analyst at Climate Policy Initiative, based in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil Innovation Lab for Climate Finance), Matheus co-managed the development of blended finance solutions and policy mechanisms that catalyze sustainable investment across mitigation and adaptation sectors, such as the Blue Energy Mechanism and the Guarantee Fund for Biogas, from the planning phase to endorsement.
