Member of the organizing team of the 2024 Career Fair, the largest event connecting students and companies at ITA, with an attendance of 2000 visitors and 45 companies. I worked on contacting companies to sell participation plans for the Fair, rising +100k reais for 2024 Career Fair, and weekly events at ITA student housing.Additionally, I am responsible for securing special partnerships for the fair and idealizing how they would participate, aiming to bring new experiences to the audience. And also responsible for structuring caravans and fostering connections with other universities, resulting in a 300-person increase in attendance at the ITA Career Fair.

I got 8 students qualified for the Physics Team exam and 1 classified for IPhO 2024.Prepared one student for IPhO 2024.

Olympic Nucleus for Knowledge Incentive (NOIC) is the largest Olympiad prep site in Brazil, with more than +5 million views with 3600 daily viewers, nonprofit website. I wrote courses for the Brazilian Physics Olympiad (OBF) and solutions for past experimental and theory exams (2017, 2018, 2021, 2022, 2023). Organized 12 mock tests with +35 original problems for +300 people each. Posted +25 challenging problem sets with solutions. Created two complete latex templates for mock tests. Coordinated an application process of 20 candidates to select new members. Wrote an advanced article about geometric optics at the International Olympiads' level.

One of the idealizers of OBOF (Online Brazilian Physics Olympiad), a completely online and free olympiad for students from all over Brazil (8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th grades). Created +15 original problems, a complete Latex template for the test and the certificates. The competition got approximately 1k subscribers from 25 states in Brazil.

Campeonato de Física is an online competition for high school and university students that aims to estimate the students' contact with advanced physics problems. The problems are highly complex, and the participants have a week trying to solve and send solutions. Organized, created two original problems with hints and written solutions, and graded +35 participants' solutions. 454 High school competitors.
