Upon hiring, we expected to be able to widen our automatization span into more Software Development related businesses. We traditionally focussed on PLC automation. Partly because of the external circumstances our company didn’t fulfil this goal. On the other hand we have not been able to instruct and support Matheus into our more traditional businesses. Despite that, he always tried to make the best out of it, and helped us to automate various processes. Unfortunately we decided to cease these kind of jobs, so his role became redundant. This has nothing to do with the person as such because we regard him being very committed to the job, and besides that he is a very nice person too.
