NOSCONTE. is currently a benchmark in communication, leadership, and influence training for individuals and companies. With a customized approach tailored to the challenges of each client, we integrate various tools and perspectives on human behavior in consulting, workshops, and individual training sessions. We are currently responsible for training leaders and teams from some of the largest companies in Brazil, such as BTG Pactual, P&G, XP, RedBull, Ambev, GPA, among others.

After graduating in Economics and working in the financial market, I devoted myself to studying human behavior in areas such as Philosophy, Performing Arts, Rhetoric, and Persuasion, among others. During this period, I had the opportunity to publish two books, "The Man Who Feels," a collection of aphorisms previously published online, and "Courage to Exist," a philosophical essay on existence and the quest for a good life.

As part of my final years in the financial market, I worked in the middle market sector in Latin America, supporting M&A transactions throughout the entire transaction flow, from client prospecting to deal closing.
