I participated on the macro models’ spreadsheet feeding and on the filling out of real estate valuation sheets, for later report preparation by Engineers and Architects.I referred to the company’s systems, such as SIOPI (Sistema de Operações Imobiliárias - Real Estate Operations System), identifying and collecting information related to registration, Survey Report, Appraisal Report, IPTU (municipal property tax), ART (Technical Responsibility Note) and RRT (Technical Term of Responsibility), and other real estate documents.I was in charge of preparing drafts for clarifications and guidance about Caixa Econômica Federal’s rules, procedures and forms, sending documentation to accredited companies, agencies, and staff.I was responsible for the document revision processes, contributing assertively to the quality management of services performed by accredited companies, especially regarding to admeasurement and correction of possible errors and/or deficiencies in elaborated technical parts, such as Appraisal Report and Survey Report.I have achieved excellence in the monitoring of real estate with a value greater than R$ 1 million, in a process known as Validation, which aims at checking possible errors in Appraisal Reports prepared by the accredited companies and correct them for later proposal binding.

This professional experience was possible as a result of a partnership between Stemag Engenharia e Construções and SENAI, where I studied for 5 years. During this Industrial Learning course (in which I enrolled through a selection process), I developed skills related to the assembly and maintenance of low voltage electrical wiring in residences and buildings.I performed electric sizing, circuit distribution, installation of devices, components and materials, I interpreted drawings and projects, prepared budgets and schedules, and applied technical, environmental, quality, and occupational safety and health standards.I carried out electrical wiring tests according to the specifications, checking possible system failures and controlling the quality of work.

During this Industrial Learning course (in which I enrolled through a selection process), I developed skills related to the assembly and maintenance of hydro-sanitary installations in buildings.I performed cold and hot water installation, sanitary sewer and rainwater system installation, and hydraulic firefighting systems installation. I was in contact with materials such as brown and white PVC, CPVC, PPR, copper, PEX, galvanized steel, and cast iron.I worked on preventive and corrective repairs to hydro-sanitary systems, whenever they were needed, aiming at mitigating failures, malfunctions and emergency situations.

During this Industrial Learning course (in which I enrolled through a selection process), I took part in the construction of two in structural masonry (photos attached).I worked on the construction site, under the supervision of a legally qualified professional, carrying out the processes of foundation, structure, sealing, roofing, and finishing, using tools, machines and equipment in order to follow technical, environmental, and occupational safety and health standards.I interpreted detailed engineering design of buildings, including ground plans, descriptive memorandums, technical specifications, budgets, and schedules.
