Current• Conducted cross-market training across more than 5 markets, enhancing consistency and expertise in quality assurance practices.• Proposed and created a document to address issues in a queue for the GB market, leading to cross-market collaboration with 8 markets and significant SOP improvements for ChatGPT rewrites, addressing issues like over-conclusiveness and punctuation errors.• Performed data analysis to address key challenges in the project, including reducing diff cases related to alcohol by developing clear guidelines and categories for depiction levels, and improving query rewrite guidelines by categorising 45 queries into 24 subcategories, leading to enhanced accuracy and reduced edge cases.• Developed and delivered a 4-week 1:1 coaching programme, including a comprehensive SOP Handbook, which improved the team member’s understanding of SOPs, particularly in 3 queues.• Contributed to a focus group for an SOP update by providing detailed feedback on documentation, addressing typos and interpretation issues.• Supported new policy implementation by collaborating with over 10 QAs across multiple markets to standardise new policy framework training evaluations, and led the preparation of tests by sampling 100 cases, ensuring balanced and fair distribution across policy verticals.• Appointed to a focus group for reviewing the Editorial Policy, provided detailed feedback through documents and case evaluations, and actively engaged with key stakeholders to address issues and refine the policy.• Collaborated with the TL and another senior QA to develop a task tracker for the GB team, enabling balanced task distribution and including features for case allocation and document management, thereby improving team efficiency and organisation.• Developed a quantitative form to assess moderators' use of Google for queries, which was adopted by 7 pilot markets and led to significant updates in the SOP, enhancing the understanding of Google’s impact on AHT.
