Participation in projects for big strategic consultancies, retail companies, banks and various segments for all practices (Consumer, Pharmaceutical, Financial Market, Retail, Startups and Industrial companies).Elaboration of the Women In Business project, a study carried out with more than 400 female executives in leadership positions from nine countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, Venezuela), in order to map the skills and the main attributes to outline the personal and technical profile of the main executives. Responsible for collecting and administering the results, formatting the presentation spreadsheet in VBA dashboard format, preparing the KPIS to be analyzed and presenting the final results to the Company's Latin American partners.

Responsible for internal control and monitoring of the results of advisory services for all products in the card area (Private Label, IBI, ELO, MasterCard, Visa and American Express and Losango), control of the internal meritocracy system (gain and loss of credit collection), method applied to penalize or reward outsourced companies, for internal monitoring of the sector, preparation of materials for meetings with outsourced companies, internal staff and superintendence, focus on performance based on numbers, monitoring and definition of meeting schedules.
