Global It Core Engineer
Current- Implement and support the Data Governance process in Microsoft SharePoint with the team, manage the Global SharePoint instance, participate in potential migrations and cleanups;- Analyze and manage the hybrid Active Directory environment to identify technical, security, and operational points, and develop solutions for improvements, considering the company's architecture strategies, current environment, and constraints;- Manage AD permissions (Microsoft Built-In Groups, GPOs, and/or Local Policies, etc.) by implementing automated solutions;- Configure Active Directory Server Roles (AD DS, CA, DNS, IIS, etc.);- Design, maintain, and improve the Active Directory Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). Work with our vendor to ensure the DRP is always operational and within our SLA.- Maintain system documentation and protocols to ensure that additions and modifications are documented after implementation.- Troubleshooting and managing issues related to identities, system access, authentication, authorization, rights, and permissions.- Implement and maintain technologies to ensure audit compliance and privacy at a global level.- Participate in global IT initiatives, assisting colleagues from other countries in the implementation of global IT initiatives in a collaborative and client-oriented manner;- Prepare and conduct workshops and share knowledge with the global IT community;- Prepare reports.
