- I got promoted as the technical responsible for the entire mechanical scope of the project, also as a focal point between commercial team and the rest of the company;- Team formed by electricians, piping, structure,administrative and mechanical technicians;- Management of a project to neutralize pollutant emissions in a drilling rig with the strategy of replacing the cementing unit (diesel powered) for an electric powered unit. We also focused on the control system in the electric generators, which are powered by diesel and which the new system aims to reduce by 40% the CO2 emissions. We also made layout adjustments to reduce emissions;- Direct relationship with the customer: I embarked on a vassel to negotiate quotations and technical feasibility studies;- Among my duties, I can also highlight: schedule, resource allocation, subcontracting, team management on several new building or repair projects including FPSO P-68, FPSO P-71 and DS West Saturn upgrade project, elaboration of technical reports, reading and interpretation of P&ID and technical drawings, scope of commercial proposals, purchasing and contract management, maintenance of centrifugal gas compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic units, pumping units, electric motors, gearboxes, diesel engines and valves.

- Team formed by seven mechanics and interface with other areas of the company;- FPSO P-68 Project: Commissioning of GE model LM2500 aeroderivative turbines and mechanical pre-commissioning and support of the following platform systems offshore commissioning: turbo compression (main, exportation, CO2 and injection), water injection, flare gas recovery skid and vapor recovery unit;- FPSO P-71 project: commissioning of Rolls-Royce model RB211-24G-T aeroderivative turbines. I did the detailed planning of all stages, schedules and deadlines. I promoted a mechanic as a leader and shared shifts with him to ensure speed and quality in the processes. We were able to deliver the project in half of the stipulated time and the relationship with the client was improved;- I standardized processes and studied the technical part with manuals that I sought directly from vendors;- Among my duties, I can also highlight: maintenance of the water injection pumps bundle, inspection and maintenance of bearings and mechanical seals of Dresser-Rand centrifugal compressors, alignment of rotating machines with dial gauges or laser aligners in tolerances lesser than 0.05 mm (0.002"), installation and internal adjustments of turbines, internal inspection of equipment via endoscope.

- Team formed by 12 mechanics, electrician technicians and electrical engineers;- Project in a deactivated hullshop: maintenance of stopped equipment and new installations;- Created checklist and quality control manual and trained the team on the new documentation;- Motivated the team with new training. I had a meeting with them and realized that they were feeling undervalued and needed encouragement and investment. I got free training with our suppliers;- In the detailed analysis, we discovered contaminated oil and damaged bearings. We replaced the corroded items reducing the downtime due to failures;

- Trainee program consisting of three months of advanced English course, four months of naval and offshore technology specialization course and project allocated in the shipyard;- Managed a team of 12 technicians in an installation project after the shipyard acquired new assets. We analyzed the standards and all technical requirements for the installation process;- Led a team of 32 mechanics for maintenance on hydraulic units, welding machines and forklifts;- Supervised the logistics, processes and technical requirements of the team, which was possible after studying all the manuals, standards and internal procedures. I acted as a mediator between my team and the leaders to negotiate deadlines and present results;- We reduced the load and improved the performance of the panel welding control machine. I noticed that the machine was losing precision. Then I started an investigation about its operation and a research in its manual. I found out that it was operating with four times its design load capacity and we adjusted that.
