Main responsibilities:- Prepared credit analyses for annual reviews and specific transactions for soft commodities clients (Sugar & Ethanol, Grains & Oilseeds, Coffee), with rating analysis and financial projections;- Prepared industry analysis for soft commodities in Brazil;- Quoted and closed several ST trade-related transaction up to USD 50M (e.g. ACCs, NCEs and CDCAs), supporting legal documentation as well;- Assisted on Structured Commodities Financing transactions with credit memo files, legal documentation, pricing, etc. (PXFs, 4131s, PPEs - bilateral and syndicated transactions);- Prepared and updated Know Your Client and Compliance information.

Main responsibilities:- Monitored the local and international Debt Capital Markets, with a comparison to its peers, to find new issuance opportunities;- Prepared presentations for the management team as well as for international conference and fixed income investors;- Supported the team with the relationship banks. Analyzed and provided information on company’s bankability;- Assisted the team on discussions with banks during the process to structure a local and an international issuance (both of them have not materialized at that time).

Main responsibilities:- Updated spreadsheets and rating models for a diversified range of sectors (e.g. Power, Infrastructure, Agribusiness);- Prepared credit annual reviews for multinational companies (w/ parent company guarantee);- Prepared credit annual reviews for local companies of different countries of LATAM region for a diversified range of sectors (e.g. Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Brazil);- Assisted the power team on the annual Industry Credit Review, updated spreadsheets, prepared financial models and assisted on presentation materials.
