• Data Collection and Exploratory Analysis: Utilization of data exploratory analysis techniques to identify patterns, bottlenecks, aid in fault treatment, detect equipment malfunctions, and identify process optimization opportunities. • Equipment Optimization and PID Parameters: Through detailed analysis, corrective actions were proposed in the field, and controller retuning was conducted, along with the creation of new logic in PLC if needed, to bring the process back to an ideal operational condition. • The contributions led to a remarkable reduction of up to 50% in specific fuel consumption (Volume/mass).
