• Data Collection and Exploratory Analysis: Utilization of data exploratory analysis techniques to identify patterns, bottlenecks, aid in fault treatment, detect equipment malfunctions, and identify process optimization opportunities. • Equipment Optimization and PID Parameters: Through detailed analysis, corrective actions were proposed in the field, and controller retuning was conducted, along with the creation of new logic in PLC if needed, to bring the process back to an ideal operational condition. • The contributions led to a remarkable reduction of up to 50% in specific fuel consumption (Volume/mass). This economy not only positively impacted operational costs but also had a positive effect on the environment. • The mentioned methodology was successfully applied across more than 5 sites, addressing distinct issues, always with the goal of generating a reduction in the specific consumption of the plant.

There were developed projects to reduce costs in both production and electrical areas. Projects were also undertaken to decrease process time, thereby enhancing productivity. Additionally, relationships with international suppliers were established and strengthened.
