Management of multidisciplinary CAPEX projects at the Mococa and Cotia plants.Responsibilities:• Planning of projects to be executed during the year: • Budget planning with pre-engineering and basic engineering studies• Responsible for industrial automation projects of the plants (Rockwell standard): • Segregation of the IT network from OT • Upgrading the plant's industrial automation hardware to Industry 4.0 levels (ISA-95: Level 4), enabling more robust process control through the use of AI and ML• Improvement and implementation of project management documentation• Responsible for technical analysis of the project documentation• Update and support the revision of plans to be sent to MAPA/SIF for new projects• Experience in the implementation of projects in the food industry following 3-A and EHEDG sanitary standards • Control of project costs and cash flow forecasts for the annual budget• Creation and monitoring of project schedules to ensure execution according to the planned curve with focus on deadlines, quality and costs• Implementation of monthly contractor evaluations and improvements in field execution monitoring management• Management of activities related to the plants' P&ID's updates and control of changes to these documents• Member of the food safety committee from Mococa• Weekly projects report for the management team of Mococa and Cotia plants• Monthly report of projects for the global engineering team of Germany

CAPEX projects management:• Yearly projects planning;• Stakeholders meetings;• Execution of feasibility studies, scope definition and RFP elaboration, as technical analysis of all types of documentation (P&ID, layouts and general diagrams);• Control of all projects costs with monthly projections and planning of the cash flow as per the yearly CAPEX budget;• Execution and monitoring of the project's schedule to ensure the execution on time according to the planned curves focusing on deadlines, quality and costs;• Execution of progress reports;• Meetings with third party contractors to discuss the results of monthly assessments related to technical execution scorecards and HSE matters;• Support to continuous improvement projects;• Preparation of documents related to projects with a high risk level (HAZOP) that require instrumented safety systems (SIS);• Support on HAZOP studies and elaboration of projects related to process safety;• Experience with implementation of projects at aseptic and non-aseptic areas related to fermentation processes;• Programming and implementation of an application to control project's cash flow and schedule in the PowerApps environment, as well as using smart spreadsheets for management.
