Olá tudo bem? Seja bem vindo ao meu perfil. Meu nome é Matheus Moura, tenho 35 anos e sou um profissional de marketing brasileiro com mais de 17 anos de experiência. Atualmente, resido em Vancouver, Canadá.Minha trajetória começou no Magalu, uma das maiores redes de varejo do Brasil, onde evoluí de estagiário a analista Sênior, gerenciando campanhas promocionais, produção de mídia e planejamento. Em seguida, na Smart Fit, a maior rede de academias da América Latina, liderei a estratégia de marketing durante a pandemia, um período desafiador que me trouxe aprendizados valiosos, especialmente em gestão de marcas em tempos de crise e na digitalização de um negócio offline (academias) para o online (treinos gravados).Tenho uma grande paixão por conectar aprendizados de diferentes indústrias. Por isso, também ganhei experiência no setor de fintechs na Serasa Experian Brasil. Nesse período, liderei as equipes de marketing e, posteriormente, de produtos e cultura, e tive a satisfação de transformar o aplicativo em um dos três mais baixados do país na área de finanças. Essa experiência consolidou minha carreira como líder, gerenciando mais de 140 pessoas e enfrentando desafios que enriqueceram ainda mais minha trajetória.Em 2022, fui convidado para ser jurado finalista no TikTok Awards, em uma banca com 10 profissionais reconhecidos do mercado, analisando a excelência em campanhas publicitárias nessa plataforma. Em 2023, puder compartilhar alguns cases da carreira em eventos prestigiados, incluindo o Digitalks em São Paulo, o DreamForce em San Francisco, o Amazon Reinvent em Las Vegas e a Growth Leaders Academy (São Paulo). Atualmente, sou CMO da Fluency Academy, a maior escola de idiomas do Brasil, onde lidero as estratégias de marketing em branding e aquisição, com uma equipe de 70 profissionais, e membro do CMO Club, da revista Exame.Fora do trabalho, sou apaixonado por leitura, viagens, documentários e esportes, e orgulhosamente completei duas maratonas.
