Our project aims to develop a web solution to display quality reports of pink pepper samples. These samples may be about to be harvested or have been recently harvested, and smartphone photos will be used as input for the solution. This solution is based on deep convolutional neural networks trained for semantic image segmentation. The project is being developed in collaboration with Incaper and the Vila-Velha and Itapina campuses of IFES, supervised by Prof. Dr. Fidelis Zanetti de Castro.
