• Developed robust method for a disease association test with a set of genetic variants (supervised by Prof. Dan Nicolae).• Analyzed idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis data-set with genome-wide genotypes, expression levels and disease severity (supervised by Prof. Dan Nicolae and Prof. Imre Noth).

• Developed robust Bayesian statistical methods for association testing (supervised by Prof. Matthew Stephens).• Analyzed a multi-centre dataset for genetic associations with base cholesterol levels and the change in them given statin treatment.

• Performed phenotype definition analyses, linkage tests and association tests for the group.• Developed a statistical method from sibling-pair data.• Built computational and statistical pipelines to analyze a large and varied database of traits from dizygotic and monozygotic twins (including multivariate heritability estimates).
