Chevon – Technical scribe for Wheatstone Process Hazard Assessment focussing on applying HAZOP techniques to the Wheatstone Procedures (Normal / Emergency Operations, Start-up / Shutdown etc.). The process involved a systematic step-by-step process applying specific guidewords to nodes within each procedure. A node consisted of a pre-determined number of steps within the procedure that provided instruction to complete a specific task. Recommendations were captured where necessary to mitigate hazards generated through the activities described by the procedure. Cooper Energy – Preparation of the Sole HDD Installation Safety Case. This involved the development of the facility description, summarising the Safety Management System for Cooper, and completing a formal safety assessment on the risks identified for the construction of the HDD section of the Sole pipeline. Baker Hughes – Facilitation of workshops focussing on pressure testing and dewatering operations for INPEX facilities. The workshop focussed on both the Central Processing Facility and the Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading facility.

This resubmission involved the update of all Formal Safety Assessment documents as well as the safety case itself. The project sponsored two training courses, including a four hour Incident and Injury Free workshop and a 2 day Behavioural Based Safety workshop. The project also encouraged the submission of any unsafe working conditions or behaviour observed in the office.
