As a twenty plus year veteran of the Arizona dance scene, Matt Brough, aka DJ Soloman, has made a name of himself far beyond the Southwest for his intuitive gift to shake the dance floor. During Soloman’s nightlife career he has opened for world renowned recording artists like Tiesto, Deadmau5, Kaskade, Calvin Harris, Benny Benassi, and has been a resident DJ at ground breaking Arizona nightclubs including Club Freedom, Insomnia and Myst. When the Super Bowl was brought to Arizona in 2008, Soloman opened up for national recording artists Next and P. Diddy at the highly acclaimed Anheuser-Busch “Bud Bowl” block party.DJ Soloman’s talent has continued to gain recognition as he has won multiple awards throughout his career. In 2008, he won “Phoenix New Times DJ Spin Off Competition” landing a spot at the 10th Anniversary Ultra Music Festival in Miami during the Winter Music Conference. In June 2011 Soloman became the official resident DJ for the brand known as REPUBLIC. Since then, he has continued to share the stage with some of the biggest names in the industry: Afrojack, Avicii, Fedde Le Grand, Sebastian Ingrosso, Dirty South and many more. In 2012, his continuous success and skills earned him the national title of Nightclub & Bar Awards (NCB) Resident DJ of the Year.Over the years Soloman’s career has expanded from professional DJ to Director of Talent and Entertainment at Steve LeVine Entertainment & Public Relations (SLE). Throughout his time at SLE, Matt has booked and produced hundreds of shows, as well as coordinated the phenomenal Arizona music event, Sound Wave Music Festival. As DJ Soloman continues to show his versatility in many aspects of the music industry, his talents are not only limited to clubs and EDM shows, but expand to big name corporate events and fashion shows with names like: AT&T, Ted Baker, Red Bull, Betsey Johnson, Guess by Marciano, The Phoenix Suns and many more.
