This is a self employed / contractor type of gig where the company goes around the country to different large crowd events (Nascar, Music Festivals , Home and Garden Shows, State Fairs and RV Shows.Company pays for travel and stay, employee must overcome objections and close the deal /sell the product. We were outsourced by many companies such as Wyndham, Bluegreen, Westgate , Travel Resorts of America and more. I’ve been a top sales leader every event I’ve worked , in addition to being many new marketing ideas to the company. This is something more of a part time thing or supplement type of position although some use it as primary income.

This company was started from ground up. A friend of mine Ronald Fletcher had envisioned a painting company that would refinish cabinets so that you wouldn’t have to purchase new ones. I helped him bring it to life. I was involved in every role possible. Prior to starting I wrote the business manuals. This would serve as a template for work professionals once hired to follow and learn how to complete the process we we’re creating, also including a code of conduct I wrote giving specific details on how to carry yourself in the workplace , in a customer’s home, or in our uniform. I set estimates for customers, first by making connections Thru social media or other advertising, then setting up a time to come out to property, the.n by using the details provided giving a general base quote on our services . I would then close the deal and with the help of other hired staff, I would also complete the job. Handled payroll until someone was hired for that position. Manual Labor isn’t for me anymore so I now serve as a consultant/manager for Ronald. Handling things like customer de escalation/damage control if something goes wrong. Or as someone to kinda run things when he is away.

After position was eliminated with Aon Hewitt, I began working with Randstad again. During this period of time, I was asked to complete many "One-Day" assignments as well as regular weekly/monthly tasks also. I was asked to work in environment settings where I was basically on-call for a lot positions. Regardless if the position was a day or a week I always applied my myself to the maximum extent if my capabilities.
