As Operations Supervisor I am responsible for the safe handling of all fuels and additives stored and distributed at Kingsbury Terminal. I lead the Terminal Team and I am responsible for adherence to all safety & security aspects of the Terminal, legislative compliance & Group safety policies.Key skills include:Operating Assurance - Focal point for Safety & Operational Risk / HSE & Environmental Audits to demonstrate the safe & reliable operation of the Terminal assets & Integrity Management through CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System). Innovation - Devised and delivered pilot training programme for military personnel to become Terminal Loaders as part of the government contingency plans during fuel supply disruption. (received letter of commendation from the Secretary of State for the Environment & climate change - Ed Davey).Leadership Skills - Managing daily Operations of a upper tier COMAH Terminal including 6 Shift Supervisors / 6 Operators / Electrical Engineer & Mechanical Engineer.
