With a background in customer service and five years plus experience in the retail industry, I harnessed excellent problem solving strategy's when unexpected problems arise. With my role at Popeyes Supplements I cater to public needs on a daily basic by providing hospitality and exceeding customer expectations. The two years of studies at Mohawk College in Protection, Security and Investigation, where I gained the knowledge and training in public safety and private security fields. A combination of theory and practical learning experience showed me how to act justly when working with diverse populations. It heightened skills in investigating techniques and evidence collecting.
