- Oversee all financial aspects of the dealership, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, deal posting, manufacturer incentives and programs, in-house leasing portfolio, and payroll- Successfully managed our transition to a new payroll provider, Payworks- Assist all departments with ad hoc reporting- Developed the dealership’s budget and coordinate a regular review of departmental trends- Provide detailed monthly financial package to ownership group- Manage bank flooring, OMVIC, and corporate audits and reviews

- Member of ERP implementation team (VIsual - Infor). Was able to improve accounting reports. - Designed and tested method for recording Alloy Surcharge throughout ERP system. This method is more complete and easier to implement than other methods available. - Month end reporting functions including, but not limited to: Financial statement package (required for German parent and bank), trend analysis for sales and production, and inventory valuation.- Oversight and review of other accounting processes including A/P, A/R, and month end and yearend procedures performed by other staff accountants. - Improve efficiency and accuracy of yearend procedures. This includes creating macros in VBA and more dynamic spreadsheets for reporting.

I perform a full range of accounting services for a wide range of clients including personal taxes, corporate taxes, not-for-profit returns, audits, and compliance audits.
