It Services Manager
* Manages a team that includes records management, service delivery, and technical support staff, and is a combination of contractors and City staff.
* Assists with IT budget planning.
* Provides management oversight and technology services for a wide variety of city technology functions.
* Analyzes output from complex systems and identify problems/opportunities for improvement.
* Assists with IT expenditures and billing methodologies, especially those that are challenging and associated with customer billed services.
* Uses complex applications (help desk systems, security systems, asset management, network management systems) to identify patterns, problems, system weaknesses/concerns, and prioritize them.
* Assigns staff and takes action with customers at all levels of the organization.
* Works with the Director and other managers to decide policy and program options.
