Mathew Hall is a CTO at OndeCare. Colleagues describe him as "Mathew has one of the best brains of anyone I have worked with. I first worked with him as a doctor in Emergency Medicine 20 years ago. However I really got to know him well when we started a training company together in 2005, providing training for doctors doing postgraduate examinations. Mathew and I worked on this together for 12 years until he moved to the US last year and retrained in computer programming. I still miss him a lot! As doctors are generally an intelligent bunch, its essential to know a subject really well if doctors have paid for a course to learn from you. We often had to create courses and practice exam papers to match newly created postgraduate examinations. Mathew has a particular ability to shut himself away for a few days and in that time to really master a subject. Once he has mastered something and switches to output he can produce volumes of really high-quality work. He proved this over and over again. I have never known anyone with quite his ability to start from nothing and build up training packages and assessment materials which really get at the difficult parts of the subject. I am sure that his powers of concentration, sheer intelligence and practical outlook will be enormously valuable in his new field. "
