Throughout my career, I have gained diverse experience in both the sales and compliance domains, contributing to the growth and success of various businesses.I began my journey as a Sales Executive, where I honed my skills in providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and exceeding sales targets. As I progressed, I took on the role of Sales Manager and then General Sales Manager, where I successfully led and motivated teams to achieve outstanding sales performance in both new car and used car sales. Seeking a new challenge, I moved away from the showroom environment to operate as a Zone Sales Manager, and later on I transitioned to a pivotal role as a Regional Compliance Manager at a captive lender. In this capacity, I was responsible for ensuring adherence to complex FCA regulations and overseeing compliance implementation across multiple locations. Through meticulous planning and effective communication, I consistently maintained a strong compliance record and fostered a culture of regulatory excellence.Currently, I am thriving in my role as a Performance Director at AutoTrader.
