- Provide customer support for account and technical services, troubleshooting issues- Customer retention- Ensure customer concerns are handled efficiently- Sales - provide quotes for customers inquiring over the phone or through email and the company website- General office duties including filing, data entry, reception- Use of Microsoft Office including MS Word and Excel- Preparation of .pdf files in MS Word

- Sales of products and services by determining the customer needs and recommending the best solutions- Responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly and weekly sales targets as set out by Store Management- Build customer relationships by providing prompt service and delivering exceptional sales and after sales service- Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgment - Demonstrate a constant and up-to-date expertise of Rogers products, services promotions and policies and also external industry trends- Answer inquiries related to issues with voice and data features available on wireless consumer phone and connectivity products and devices- Coordinate replacement of phones and short-term loaners - Take ownership and accountability in handling account maintenance and billing issues while educating customers on self-service tools - Promote the brand by professionally representing the organization in accordance with the value standards

- Answering Internet/TV related customer service calls.- Providing technical support to customers including:- Internet related configuration and troubleshooting- Cable network and modem troubleshooting- Assigning problems to specific departments for escalation and resolution.- Booking and managing customer support calls.- Meeting or exceeding Call Centre monthly performance objectives including, call quality and call handle time.- Notifying Management of widespread problems: i.e. trend identification- Required to be knowledgeable of and adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations, both legislatively mandated and as outlined in company policy.

- Troubleshoot wireless issues for customers via live chat- Responds to customer inquiries regarding service, billing, equipment, features, activation, and/or changes to account information.- Utilizes internet tools to best support customer inquiries. Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.- Handle customer problems related to product function or equipment- Gather information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls. - Maintain quality control/satisfaction records, constantly seeking new ways to improve customer service.
