With over twenty years' experience in the construction industry I have gained an extensive insight of all processes required to achieve successful business. My effective communication and determination has me renowned for outstanding work place problem solving. Whilst understanding the importance of teamwork, I possess strong leadership qualities and have the ability to motivate and educate others to succeed.Throughout my twenty years in the construction industry, I began in positions as a boilermaker, leading hand and various supervision roles, then progressing into project management, QA/QC and finally Business Development; I have developed communication, inspection and negotiation skills of high quality to which I have become recognised throughout the industry. I have a sound knowledge of all welding processes and equipment, which I have demonstrated by restructuring various workshops, installing new equipment, providing technical advice and hands-on training of staff to the new processes and equipment.
