As Small Business Regional Sales Director for Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey, Matt was responsible for the acquisition and management of all small business customers throughout the Region. He directly led a team of 4 Area Managers, 44 Relationship Managers and oversaw small business experience in 147 Branch offices.

Matt developed and launched a centralized relationship management channel for Citizens Financial Group. As Director, he led this team of Relationship Managers to provide credit and cash management solutions to Business Banking customers across the CFG footprint.

Matt led the Business Banking Relationship Manager Division in Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. His team was responsible for providing credit solutions to small business customers and prospects.

Matt coached, trained, and led a highly productive sales team of 11 Business Banking Officers covering the suburban Philadelphia marketplace. This team of new business developers was responsible for building banking relationships with small businesses.

Matt was responsible for developing new banking relationships with businesses up to $15 million in annual revenues within the Chester County marketplace
