I am an environmental site manager at Kealshore Ltd, a leading company in recycling and waste management services in the northwest. I have been working at Kealshore Ltd for over 20 years, starting as an apprentice mechanic and progressing to different roles such as HGV driver, heavy plant operator, aggregate wash plant engineer and environmental site manager.As the environmental site manager, I am responsible for managing a team in a recycling yard, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and overseeing the operations of an aggregate wash plant, crushers and screeners. I have a Wamitab level 4 certification and a first aid certification, as well as skills in construction, management and IT. I am passionate about reducing waste, improving efficiency, and delivering quality service to our clients. My goal is to contribute to the sustainability and growth of Kealshore Ltd and the recycling industry.
