· Support customers’ Apps DBAs in troubleshooting and addressing a wide variety of issues related to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) including:· Installation, Cloning, Migration, upgrading, patching, EBS maintenance, and EBS configuration related issues, concerns, and questions· Troubleshoot problems with complex applications and infrastructures on a variety of Operating Systems· Focus on excellent Customer Satisfaction through quality work, communication, and maintaining integrity · Communicate effectively through email, phone, chat, and web conference frequently and consistently· Mediate with Oracle Developers and customers to identify, troubleshoot, and address bug-fixes· Contribute to EBS Knowledge Management through creating KM documents, commenting, and suggestions for improvement· Continual learning through testing on own EBS test instance VM, Oracle offered training courses, Oracle certifications, and informal trainings

Job Functions:· Upgrade and maintain enterprise application technology. · Design and build infrastructure to support enterprise applications in areas of performance, reliability, scalability, maintainability, supportability, and business continuity.· Ensure development / maintenance environments are maintained.· Maintain the application used for code migration and release management· Involvement with key customers in the Finance, Treasury, Human Resources and Purchasing departments of the Church.· Be known for resource and workload planning, prioritization, and task management.· Deliver projects and programs working with a mentor and management.· Troubleshoot problems with complex applications and infrastructures. · Develop Detailed install and upgrade documentation · Assist in test plans and deployment validation steps for applications.· Update configuration data required to operate applications.· Perform application sizing, performance, and load testing.Assist with upgrading PeopleSoft and PeopleTools for HRCreated and Managed SharePoint sites
