In 2022, I have completed my studies at The University of Wollongong, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) - Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). Additionally, in 2021 I completed a Diploma of Project Management, for which I was Awarded Vocational Student of the Year for Illawarra and South East Region and was a finalist for the award at the NSW level. I have just commenced a Graduate Rotational Program with stockland group. Prior to this, I was a member of the Accounts Receivable team with The Disability Trust. My role was vital in connecting and business partnering with key stakeholders across our organisation particularly regarding Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding. This role allowed me to expand my knowledge of intricate NDIS policies and having a deepening understanding of the Disability Sector overall. In addition to this, I spent over 2 years within the Payroll Team, working with 5 various Awards including SCHADs, Nurses Modern and FACs DSW and Nurses. During this time, I was able to implement and create key processes which aided in streamlining, creating efficiencies and improving accuracy of pay runs.Previously, I worked in a management capacity for McDonalds, with exposure to Inventory Management, People Performance and Rostering. In addition to having a focus on Safety and Training within the restaurant. I am a very team oriented person, who is driven to succeed. I am a loyal and diligent individual, who loves a challenge and the chance to problem solve. I particularly enjoy the opportunity to look at a situation, see how changes can be made and implement them to provide greater efficiency to all parties.
