Responsible for developing and managing the Operational Resiliency suite of programs at Bungie as the first individual hired for this position in the history of the organization and established the following programs:Life Safety – Safety Committee, Accident Prevention Program, Evacuation and Medical Response teams, and all related documentation. Coordinated and conducted annual building safety walkthroughs and fire alarm test/building evacuations. Certified over 100 staff in 1st Aid/CPR/AED (American Red Cross).Disaster Recovery – Identified and categorized critical systems within the environment and established a recurring annual program where each system completed four deliverables – DR plan, technical dependency analysis, geographic diversity, and exercise.Emergency and Crisis Management (Business Continuity) – Established the Emergency and Crisis Management teams, including activation, areas of engagement, and lines of communication as defined in the Continuity of Operations (COOP) plan.Risk Management – Identification of operational risk, with risks and sub-risks captured in a risk register. Risks are assigned mitigation and contingency strategies, scored according to level of risk, and reported on a monthly basis.
