Responsible for managing the overall performance of commercial and industrial third party Project Expediter (PEX) vendors in Massachusetts. PEXs support National Grid’s commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs.

Responsible for standing up a natural gas Sales Fulfillment department at EGMA (formerly Columbia Gas and recently acquired by Eversource Energy). Duties include navigating through differing sales/marketing techniques, work management systems, and customer information systems to align EGMA and Eversource Energy.

Served as the point of contact for all new natural gas commercial mid-account and residential customers in the Somerville and Cambridge work area. Developed scope for gas service lines and coordinated with internal function groups to approve, schedule, and install.

Performed construction coordination on a variety of projects. Services included monitoring project progress for compliance with contract requirements; reviewing and coordinating the review of shop drawing submittals, O&M manuals, and RFIs; reviewing pay estimates; preparing change orders; managing project budgets; and coordinating with project stakeholders and various design function groups as needed.

Duties Included:Performed quantity takeoffs to develop schedules of prices for inclusion in technical specification packages, prepared civil design plans, assisted with the preparation of mechanical, traffic, landscape and structural contract drawings.
