#Daily process and input of all customer orders and distribution accounts.#Provide daily operational reports that are accurate and timely.#Run stock reports to check for product availability.#Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, checks all orders for special requests and posts inventory records.#Perform accurate and timely data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management.#Rate domestic transportation bills.#Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with the Transportation and Operations Departments, expediting any order as necessary.#Trace orders as required and notify customers of activity concerning their order.#Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.

 Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials. Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies,for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes. Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using work devices such as handtools, power tools, and postage meter. Operated forklift for loading and unloading products and pallets. Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain the inventory of stock. Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials.

• Incoming Materials Inspection• Inspection of fit up, weld visual ,final inspection, preheat, post heat and inter pass temperature.• Preparation of WPS, conducting WQT as per ASME section IX.• Preparation of Request & Monitor NDT activities.• Preparation of Hydro Test Package according to Client requirement from CIMS based on P&ID drawing and conducting the Hydro Test satisfactorily.

• Inspection of fit-up & weld visual for pipes, Block fairing, fit-up, weld visual, dry survey and leak test for blocks .• Preparation of WPS as per the client requirements, conducting WQT for welders, and submitting the reports to the Client.• Ensure all operations are carried out in full compliance with company safety legislations.• Co-ordination all NDT activities and submitting the reports to client.• Assisting the owners (Indian Coast Guard Officer, ABS Officer) during surveillance.• Routing and pipe support inspection before and after installation.• Studying the plan of pipeline and dividing the line into spools accordingly.

• Acting as a liaison between ISRO and M/s BrahMos for all communication purposes.• Coordinating all the Manufacturing, Fabrication and Quality works of Projects.• Analysis of Process Plans and QA Plans for VSSC approval. • Review and clearance of Job route cards for production.• Preparation of indents for the realization of aerospace components, and to calculate their cost estimation and work hour with the terms and conditions.• Presentation of non-conformances raised by work centre to Local salvage committee and Waiver Board and communicating the decisions to work centres.
