With over 16 years of experience in training and development, I am passionate about creating engaging and effective learning solutions for diverse audiences and organizations. As the Technical Training Developer at the Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC), I am part of a team of training developers and project managers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs and materials for OTC employees and external stakeholders. I leverage my Agile Instructional Design certification and skills in allyship, presentations, and virtual collaboration to ensure that our training solutions are aligned with the OTC's mission, vision, and values, as well as the latest industry standards and best practices. I also collaborate with various departments and partners to identify training needs, assess learning outcomes, and evaluate training effectiveness. Previously, I was a Trainer at the University of Oklahoma for 15 years, where I facilitated various courses and workshops on topics such as organizational leadership, psychological safety, and productivity. I hold a Master's degree in Human Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. I am motivated by the opportunity to empower and inspire learners, foster a culture of learning and innovation, and contribute to the OTC's goals and objectives.
