Continuous Improvement Lead role with INPEX Integrated Services unit.This is a new role created by INPEX to oversee process and system improvement Projects for the business through the use of structured Continuous Improvement tools.Focused on End to End process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs within the business.

Through business need oversaw the optimisation of 4 different teams to streamline and improve processes and systems within the INPEX Contractor Onboarding/Competency Validation and Mobilisation piece.Scope for the team also included the rostering and mobilisation of all INPEX staff through from point of engagement to the assets on time every time.Consolidation of this team delivered efficiency returns across each area allowing the group to not only continue the high level of support to Operations but also offer more of a holistic seamless service.

Management and delivery of the Operations Readiness Plan and process as well the Operations Planning processes and systems for INPEX Australia.This includes all facets of Planning and all systems involved with an overall Integrated Planning process.Managing the function of Planning influencing a team of Planners and Schedulers to ensure full visibility for the Operations team on readiness required for successful Start-Up of the Ichthys assets, then on to the final overall asset strategy to maintain our reliability and availability. Our key focus on the safety of our teams and meeting our production requirements into the future.Overseeing the overall integration of all Planning, including Start-Up of the Ichthys assets, into the complete Project and construction schedule ensuring a successful and sustainable Operations phase process and function.Also responsible for the function of Rostering the teams to meet safety case minimum competency requirements with the utilisation of Facility Competency Verification. This scope has included overseeing development of the systems and processes integrating to already established systems to optimise data use.Introduction of Travel Coordination to support Operations phase from project. Managing travel change from unplanned events and weather impacts to ensure key people are mobilised to the assets.
